  • Tasks from messages

    Write “@Yusuf send the quote by 3 pm tomorrow” and that is all. Goxy reads the task, its owner and the date from the message. No forms.

  • Confirm first, undo if needed

    It writes back what it understood and asks when it is not sure. A task opened by mistake is undone with one tap.

  • Follow-up in working hours

    Reminders and check-ins run on your working hours. Late work goes to its owner first, then to the manager.

  • No request left unowned

    When a request is addressed to nobody, Goxy suggests who fits; a manager assigns it with one tap.

  • Work that depends on work

    “Prepare the quote once the measurements are in.” When the first task is done, the next one starts on its own, with the result attached.

    Who is on it, who manages, what the working hours are. That is the whole setup.

  2. Keep writing as usual

    Ask for work on WhatsApp like you always do. Goxy opens the task, checks with the owner and tells the team.

  3. Let Goxy follow up

    It reminds when the time comes, asks how it is going and reports what is finished. You step in only where a decision is needed.

You stay in control

AI suggests, rules decide.

Goxy uses AI to understand messages. Only checked operations ever touch your records.

  • Every action passes a rule

    Each step the AI suggests is validated and checked against a permission table. What is not permitted does not happen.

  • Nothing is deleted

    Tasks are never deleted; they are cancelled or undone. Who changed what, and when, is always on record.

  • Your rules

    Working hours, reminder frequency, who may do what: all set for your company.

  • It asks when unsure

    If the date or the person is not clear, it does not guess; it confirms with a short question.
