What is Goxy?
A work-tracking bot that runs in your team's WhatsApp group. It picks tasks out of the conversation, confirms them with the owner, reminds on time and takes late work to the manager.
Do we need to install a new app?
No. The team stays on the WhatsApp it already uses; Goxy joins the group.
Which languages does it speak?
Turkish, English and German. It answers in the language of each chat; there is nothing to set up.
Can I use it now?
Not yet. We are still building and testing. You can write to us to hear when it opens.
Everyday use
Does Goxy reply to every message in the group?
No. It tells chat from work and writes only when there is a task, a date or a question that needs an answer.
What if it gets something wrong?
Goxy writes back what it understood and asks when it is not sure. A task opened by mistake is undone with one tap on “Undo”.
Does it send messages outside working hours?
No. Follow-up runs on the working hours you set. Only tasks marked as critical are followed around the clock.
Will people be able to see their own tasks and performance?
This is coming up and is not ready yet. The aim: anyone can write “My tasks” to see what is on them, what is coming up and what is finished, and ask “How am I doing?” to see their own report.
Does it understand voice messages?
Not yet. Support for voice messages and images is among the things we will build next.
Trust and control
Can the AI change my records on its own?
No. The AI only interprets the message and suggests an action. Every action is validated, checked against a permission table and logged.
Can tasks be deleted?
No. A task is cancelled or undone; its history always stays.
Who decides who may do what?
You do. Roles and permissions are set for your company; what is not permitted does not happen.
